buddha

Buddha is our puppy. He was born August 20, 2010 which makes him about 9 weeks. We named him Buddha because of his cute little tummy which actually used to be a HUGE tummy because almost every puppy has worms. We got all that business cleared out and now he has shrunken down (or elongated) in to the puppy he is now! He is a pitbull/boxer/weiner dog mix, which actually makes an amazingly cute puppy. He loves to play (especially chew) and he hates to be alone. He prefers skin contact and will whine if he cant lay with us in bed. We have been trying to leave him alone more often, 

in hopes that if he is left alone, he might not be so scared to be alone, which will hopefully cut down on the whining. He barely ever stops moving and chewing, and he hops when he tries to run. He loves his dog treats and is getting better at being potty-trained. He loves to pick up any twigs and move them to different locations and he loves to run around in the leaves and make tons of noise. He gets super cold, super easy, but always lets us know he needs his jacket by shivering. He loves to play with cats and especially loves dogs and kids.

 Buddha loves us and we love him and we couldn't have chosen a better dog.

We can't wait until he gets a little big so he can jump in bed with us himself, but we really do love his puppy-ness. I can be entertained by him for hours and hours :)
