twelve goals for twelve months

January
Physical:
-cardio 4x a week
-walking 3x a week
-yoga 1x a week
-make healthier eating choices
-one soda a day

these are the specific goals that i have for january.
each month that goes on, i will have new goals for a different category,
all the while maintaining the previous goals that i have.
so hopefully, by the end of next year, i will have completed all of my goals.
